At Tubba, we follow a clear and strict policy to handle returns and refunds in a fair and transparent manner.

Replacement product will be deliver within 3-5 working days

Refunds are processed and credited within 3–5 business days to the original payment method

Return Window

Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

Eligible Conditions

Returns and refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery

  • The wrong product has been delivered

Requests made for any other reasons, including change of mind, misuse, or normal wear and tear, will not be accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact our support team within 3 days of delivery and provide valid proof (images or video). After verification, the return process will be arranged.

Replacement / Refund

  • A replacement will be provided in most cases

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued

Return Shipping

Return pickup and shipping charges will be handled by us. Customers are not required to pay any additional amount.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to provide bank account details for refund processing
