At Tubba, we follow a clear and transparent refund process to ensure that genuine issues are resolved fairly and efficiently.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The wrong product has been delivered

Refunds are not applicable for any other reasons, including change of mind or misuse.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, customers must contact our support team within 3 days of delivery and provide valid proof (images or video). Once the issue is verified, the return process will be initiated.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method used during the order

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Replacement Priority

In most cases, we prioritize replacement of the product. Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not available.

Important Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact
