Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, customers must contact our support team within 3 days of delivery and provide valid proof (images or video). Once the issue is verified, the return process will be initiated.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Replacement Priority
