1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and prepared for dispatch.
2. Delivery Timelines
We deliver across India using trusted courier partners. Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer, but we always strive for the fastest possible delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
Tubba Herbal offers FREE delivery on all orders across India. There are no hidden fees or additional courier charges. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. We aim to make shopping for herbal wellness products simple, transparent, and affordable.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking ID and courier partner details. Tracking information usually activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can check the delivery status anytime via the provided tracking link or by logging into your tubba.in account.
5. Delivery Schedule
Our courier partners deliver between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. We recommend that someone be available at the delivery address to receive the package. If the first attempt fails, the courier will usually make a second attempt or contact you to reschedule delivery.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate. Tubba Herbal cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a shipment is returned to us because of incorrect address details, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@tubba.in. We will promptly investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
In rare cases where an order is marked “Delivered” but has not been received, please inform us within 48 hours so we can coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
