Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tubba Herbal via tubba.in. This Cancellation & Refund Policy describes Tubba Herbal’s practices and procedures for order cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds. 1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed, provided the order has not been dispatched. To request cancellation, email support@tubba.in with your order number and reason. Cancellation requests received after dispatch cannot be accepted.

Partial cancellations: For multi-item orders, partial cancellations are permitted before dispatch depending on stock and order status. Request partial cancellations by contacting support with your order number.

2. Returns & Replacements — Eligibility

Returns and replacements are accepted only in the following situations:

  • The product is delivered damaged or defective.
  • The delivered product is incorrect and does not match the product ordered.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Opened or used herbal products that compromise hygiene are not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing or shipping defect.

3. How to Report a Problem

To raise a return or replacement request, you must:

  • Notify Tubba Herbal within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@tubba.in with your order number and description of the issue.
  • Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the damage or incorrect item.
  • Provide an unboxing video (recorded at the time of opening the package) for claims of damaged, tampered, or missing items. The unboxing video helps verify the condition at delivery; failure to provide the video where requested may affect claim approval.

4. Return Approval & Inspection

All returns must be approved before shipment back to us. After you submit the required evidence, our support team will evaluate the claim and provide return instructions. Tubba Herbal reserves the right to inspect returned items and to reject returns that do not meet this policy.

5. Return Shipping Cost

If the return or replacement is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Tubba Herbal will cover the return shipping cost and provide prepaid return instructions. For all other approved returns (if any), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated by our team.

6. Refunds — Initiation and Timeline

Once a returned product is received and inspected, Tubba Herbal will initiate the refund process within 1–2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that while Tubba Herbal initiates refunds promptly, the time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on the payment provider and your bank. This typically takes 5–10 business days but may vary by bank and payment instrument.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed by bank transfer to the customer’s nominated bank account or as store credit where agreed. Please provide valid bank details when requested to enable timely processing.

8. Replacement Shipments

If a replacement is approved, Tubba Herbal will dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days from the date of approval, subject to product availability. You will receive tracking details for the replacement shipment.

9. Deductions & Fees

Where applicable and permitted by law, non-refundable payment gateway charges or bank fees may be deducted from the refund amount. Any such deductions will be communicated to you during the refund process. Tubba Herbal does not apply any restocking fee except where explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

10. Return Address & Logistics

Return shipping address and instructions will be provided to you after your return request is approved. Please do not send returns without prior approval and instructions from Tubba Herbal, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

11. Required Documentation

To process your return or refund quickly, please include the following when contacting us:

  • Order number and date of purchase;
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging showing damage or discrepancy;
  • Unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package (when requested); and
  • Any additional information requested by our support team.
